Service Desk Analyst Level 1 and 2 NEW

Our young, dynamic IT outsourcing company is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our service desk team to provide remote support services to our growing client base.

You will need a minimum of 2 years Service Desk experience with proven technical skills in a distributed computing environment particularly using Microsoft desktop and infrastructure services and most importantly – excellent customer service skills.

Key technical skills required are:

  • Strong Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 support skills
  • Subject matter expertise in Office 2003/2007/2010 plus Exchange skills
  • Experience with basic Active Directory administration
  • Strong troubleshooting and fault isolation skills
  • Experience in providing remote support and recovery services
  • Proven ability to apply a technical solution to a business requirement
  • Proven ability in creating & keeping documentation up to date
  • Experience with desktop Anti-virus and patch management
  • We expect strong verbal and written communication, good telephone manners, a desire to learn and an ability to adapt to changes. Relevant qualifications and certifications will be well regarded.
